Halloween

My first Halloween menu…
It wounld be the first & last time to cook pumpkin gratins.
Just took long time & so much work to make this.
Anyway, everything else was perfect.
My days have been fuller, or maybe it is the fullest momet now.
Ginger Pork

Here is quantity of my favorite Ginger pork. It’s sweeter than regular.
Sliced Pork 350g
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
Honey 2 tablespoon
Ginger paste
Oil
Roti with Feta cheese
This is good for breakfast. It’s quick and easy!
[ Ingredients ]
- Durum Atta Roti
- Feta cheese
1. Toast some roti for 1-2 min.
2. Roll up the roti with feta cheese.
Roasted Lamb
[ Ingredients ]
- lamb
- garlic
- salt & pepper
- oregano
1. Sprinkle salt, pepper and oregano on lamb, and place sliced garlic.
2. Wrap the lamb up in aluminum foil.
3. Cook 2 in an oven at 450°F (230°C) for two hours.
4. Serve 3 with salad and bread.
Meat stuffed Eggplant
[ Ingredients ]
- 1 large eggplant
- 150g ground beef
- tomato 1 : sliced 1/2, chpped 1/2
- green paper 1 : sliced
- onion 1/2 : sliced
- tomato paste 1/3 can
- chopped garlic
- chopped parsley and dill
- oil
- salt & paper
1. Cut ‘a eggplant’ in half.
2. Fry 1 into oil until soft.
3. Scoop out the pulp of the eggplant. Leave 1/2 inch
4. Fry ’sliced onion’ and ‘garlic’ until golden.
5. Add ‘tomato paste’, ‘chopped tomato’, ‘ground meat’, ‘chopped eggplant pulp’, ‘parsley’, ‘dill’, ’salt and paper’, then cook it until the meat is done.
6. Stuff 4&5 into the halved eggplants.
7. Sprinkle some sliced paper and sliced tomato.
8. Bake them in 350°F oven about 30 an hour.
